Track Description

The advances in, and commoditization of, information communication technology (ICT) has led to an organisational challenge related to combatting the rising numbers of external and internal security threats that exploit organisational vulnerabilities. In addition, with the popularity of social networks and the fast development of cloud computing, there are new challenges in information privacy and security. This track invites papers that examine the development, integration and consequences of IS security and privacy management at individual, organisation and society level. We invite submissions reporting high-quality and multi-discipline research that addresses the behavioral, economic, and managerial concerns associated with information security and privacy management. Presentation should be appropriate for an information systems (IS) audience.
