The City Campus is at the heart of Auckland City. For information about accommodation options available to you in Auckland please see the accommodation page. This page includes maps so that you can determine the approximate distance between the accommodation options and the City Campus. All accommation options are within easy walking distance of the City Campus.

Getting to Auckland

All visitors can take flights to Auckland Airport and then drive, take a taxi or shuttle bus or the airbus to the AUT City Campus. All the major rental car companies have information desks on-site at the airport. Auckland Airport licensed taxis and shuttle services are available from the airport. Indicative fares from the airport into the city is between NZ$75 – NZ$90 one-way for a taxi and shuttles($33 for one person plus $8 for each extra person together in the same group). A regular 10-minute Airbus Express service is also available from the Airport providing a direct service into Auckland’s CBD. Tickets cost about NZ$16 one way.
